As a former professional player and captain at the University of Albany, Nicole transfers leadership and mental skills she learned on the pitch into business and coaching. Her work focuses on creating impactful opportunities for youth players, especially those from inner cities. Through camps, clubs, leagues and advocacy, she creates inclusive, confidence building programs. On the pitch and in the boardroom, Nicole is changing the face of soccer in the United States and beyond.
